During the past few months, I have been keeping an eye out for interesting, colourful and newsworthy events around London, for me to put my photojournalistic skills to good use.

Back in March The Million Women Rise march took place, gathering outside Selfridges and marching to Trafalgar Square. It is one of the biggest marches in Europe to end male violence against women and children.

Up until this point I had never been on any marches and it was an eye opening experience and one I am glad to have been a part of.
